“Our recent stay at the Bambu Suites was good. We requested a change from the bed bank to a regular bed and lower floor, as we were traveling with 2 senior companions. They were happy to accommodate our request. The room was clean and comfortable. I slept soundly. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, our last day a bit disappointing because the room was booked for 4pax, we only received breakfast for 3pax. ”

“We stayed in this place and just pleasantly surprised at the place. The location is so peaceful, quite, tranquil and very pleasant. Laurent and Cedric are indeed super hosts - very accommodating, friendly, attentive at same time respectful of our personal spaces. They helped in arranging for wonderful massages and other info for our stay-tour in Puerto. What I admire the most of this space is the wonderful seclusion, privacy and the paradise-like location. The dinner prepared by the hosts are superb! If you are looking a quite, unobtrusive and comfortable stay, visit and be AT HOME in what seems like a nook of paradise.”

“We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 Puerto Princesa triathlon race. Their rates are already inclusive of free airport transfers so we were picked up by a friendly driver. Hotel location is good, just 10 to 15 mins away from the airport. It’s also near Robinsons Palawan and some fast food chains. When we arrived, we were welcomed nicely by their staff and was even provided with welcome drinks. The hotel is quite old and without hot shower, but they also have a pool, gym, and relatively good sets of breakfast for their price. What amazed us was their staff. They were very welcoming and helpful, especially Ms. Sheena from the reception, Sir Par, and the restaurant counter staff. They even accommodated our request for an early breakfast during the race day even if it’s just for 1 pax. We were so grateful for the efforts of their cook/kitchen staff. They were so polite and approachable and should be considered as gems of Hotel Centro. Even if there are other newer or better hotels in terms of facilities, you may come back because of the warmth and great service their staff can provide! 💜”
