“Worst ever! We were not even allowed to check in after having proof of the agoda booking. Also, the facilities listed were inaccurate. The kids felt unsafe while we were talking to the rude manager! Never again! I want my money back!!!! ”

“My partner and I enjoyed everything at El Jardin. We stayed at the Scarlet Suite. Every area and room were spotless. The staff were very accommodating. However, I had concerns with the amount of flies and mosquitoes here. I left the place with at least 25 mosquito bites minimum and were terribly itchy up until this day. My neck, legs, torso, arms were all covered with insect bites. Also flies being spotted inside the bedroom, dining area, bathroom (almost every part of the suite) were/still is an issue here. We actually had Al fresco breakfast only to find ourselves shooing away flies whilst eating. It felt tiring due to being pestered by these flies. They should fumigate regularly. Other than that.. The food was delish and they had a bartender who knew great drink mixes. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him and singing songs on their karaoke machine. I also reckon they could add more activities other than swimming. A fitness center would also be nice to have. We were also thinking of calamansi picking but it was quite muddy at the time hence we stayed in and ordered food and drinks from our suite as there isn’t much to do. Overall 8/10.”
