“The room is large and clean, view is great & surrounding quiet. As the pillows are almost flat, my sleep is affected. There are also only tea sachets provided. Service at the reception is disappointing. Service staff are not empathetic (especially the lady with short hair) when I was in trouble. The reception person is generally not warm or helpful and only provides information when asked. Unless one drives, it is not easy to move around as the train service is not regular. Unless you are looking for a serene place with space and view, I do not recommend this hotel. ”
