“Arrived at the hotel at 9pm and was told they gave away our room, which was already paid in advance, and have nothing available. After 30mins of trying to communicate with the staff, he took us to a dingy, tiny, filthy room at the back of a house, with no AC. Never helped us with the bags but had the cheek to demand for a tip for all his hard work.”

“Good hospitality, they prepare light breakfast and even give voucher to redeem free dim sum. Didn't expect shared bathroom for the twin room, but it was ok since we booked both the room on the same floor. The bathroom has urine smell, need to improve on this. Overall is a good stop over for Mae hong son loop.”
