“ข้อดี ใกล้สถานีรถไฟในระยะที่เดินได้ มีร้านสะดวกซื้อใกล้ รร. มีตลาด เหมาะสำหรับพักชั่วคราว ข้อเสีย ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด ไม่ได้ปรับปรุง ตอนเข้าพักมีปัญหาไม่ได้ห้องแบบที่จองไว้ แต่พนักงานก็เปลี่ยนให้ค่ะ ”

“This new hotel is lovely! But Agoda you have listed it as near Khao Yao National Park. It may be in Pak Chong but it is an hour away from the Park gate. The location of Ramida House is in a suburb kilometres from any public transportation, restaurants, markets etc. We spent hours everyday travelling back and forth to the Park and also somewhere to find breakfast and dinner as we had no vehicle of our own! The staff speaks NO English but tried their best. Agoda, I believe that the 8.7 rating for location is totally misleading for tourists like us booking a hotel near Khao Yao National Park. We are two elderly Canadian couples that booked this stay for a week. We are disappointed not with the very good hotel and staff but with you, Agoda.”
