“The hotel is simple with not much of amenities. The rooms have been renovated at some point and quite clean but the restroom has molds. Outside of the room such as stairways show ages and quite dirty. For the price, the location is good and O.K. for a short term stay and budget stay. ”

“Here we can say photos is a bluff. First, difficult to find and the "road" was not ok. And the house It looked really sad and unkempt on the outside. One more couple stay outside and was dissapointed over what they have seen, compared to the pictures on the internet. We jst put our luggage inside and felt it was some bad smell, but we have to go because we had a deal. When we went back, the smell was really bad. If you have known basement air from a basement with trapped moisture, that smell is python. Clogged air and after a quick determination we left there. The reason for the smell was perhaps that we looked at a wall behind the refrigerator that could possibly be a hint of fungus? It was certainly damp. So we can NOT recommend this place and this room. Stay away!!!”

“This new hotel is lovely! But Agoda you have listed it as near Khao Yao National Park. It may be in Pak Chong but it is an hour away from the Park gate. The location of Ramida House is in a suburb kilometres from any public transportation, restaurants, markets etc. We spent hours everyday travelling back and forth to the Park and also somewhere to find breakfast and dinner as we had no vehicle of our own! The staff speaks NO English but tried their best. Agoda, I believe that the 8.7 rating for location is totally misleading for tourists like us booking a hotel near Khao Yao National Park. We are two elderly Canadian couples that booked this stay for a week. We are disappointed not with the very good hotel and staff but with you, Agoda.”
