“The reviews at first kinda freaked me out but I decided I would see myself and not go based off of everyone else’s Opinion and honestly glad I did because room is very clean has a microwave small fridge and they are currently under remodel so yes in some places there is a little of a mess but I mean who doesn’t have a mess when they are remodeling it’s definitely an up coming hotel with a lot of potential front desk is super friendly and very respectful make you feel right at home maid services also very nice people they asked how we are doing and had a miniature conversation with us I booked from Tuesday - Sunday Thanksgiving week and honestly will be coming back for Christmas no doubt and will stay here every time I have to visit family awesome location 5 mins from Walmart and the mall Great locations guys and amazing staff keep up the great work 😊”

“The staff was very accommodating, and the room was as expected. The only issue I had was the size of the fitness room; it had three treads packed in the corner, and one weight bench. I ran outside but wanted to stretch afterwards, there was one person already in the room when I walked in and that was enough to fill it up. Also didn’t see a filtered water bottle fill up station. ”

“I love staying at this hotel however it states that there’s a game room, a pool and a spa, However, there is no game room or a spa At this location.. I believe They should update their hotel amenities because it is a false advertisement”

“I accidentally charged my card twice in 1 day to a room. And they would not allow me to have the money back. Though agoda said I could the hotel said I could not. So the next day when I realized it was paid for it the day before and not the day that it was supposed to be for Christmas, I paid again a third time. I actually charge my card for a specific room with a Jacuzzi and the gentleman of front said you are not getting that room you're staying in the room you're in. You're not paying that little bit of money for that. at the end of the day. I see roaches at the end of the night. They told me that I had to stay in that room once again. It would not transfer me to no other room.”
