“My room smelled of stale smoke and the fan didn't work. The desk personnel was in the back area and not responding for 15 minutes as I could hear him in the back. He have me a different room, the furthest away, knowing I was in a boot. At least this room was better but axross the hall was a room with a dog baking non stop. Very annoying. The breakfast was not good at all. Glad I was only there for 1 night. I Will not book here in the future. ”

“One of the reasons I picked Radisson was that Breakfast was clearly listed as one of the provided amenities, and I like to have a slow, pajama-filled start to my day when I'm on vacation. So, I was understandably disappointed when I got up that first morning, hazily wandered down to the lobby, and was informed breakfast was not offered after all (but I could purchase it from their pricey in-hotel restaurant). Since my budget allowed for moderately pricey suppers, but not actually-pricey breakfasts, I had to settle for bracing the cold outdoor morning and getting fast food. Other than that, I had absolutely no complaints. Staff was friendly, room was comfy and clean. Would still stay here again, but next time I'll bring some snacks!”

“Really no issues. I was annoyed the treadmill was not working well and rocked on uneven rug when I tried to walk on it. I couldn’t get it moved to fix it. Clean place. Overall Satisfied with my stay. ”
