“The service is better now than before. The coffee pot/machine, though, is still limited to breakfast time only. The other second hand hotels are offering coffee 24/7/365. When aske why it disappears from the lobby, the staff/manager says, "because of limited supplies" ! This response is worse than the absence of coffee! They add, "You have a coffee maker in your room"! It seems that the management have never tasted or tested the bad quality of the coffee and creamer there! Nevertheless, they insist on hiding the coffee and supplies from the sight of the customers in the lobby. No cookies, no wate, and no tea/hot water or even a water cooler. Many customers have raised their complaints, but no body listens.”
