“I booked a room for 3 people, 3 nights, and received a room with a double bed, the very rude attendant said that I should accommodate me like that as there was no other room, I requested an extra bed and was denied, I had to go to the parking and when I came back the hotel, door was closed, the attendant was rede again and said that I should have taken the room key, but I wasn't even staying yet. Very poor breakfast, poor service, after I complained to Agoda they got another room, and I still have to pay for parking even though there are thousands of spaces in the area.”
