“The Chateau is a welcoming place with quality service and a few good surprises. The room was clean, staff responsive, and breakfast abundantly delicious with a variety of options. To the owner’s credit, they did acknowledge they are in transition and renovating the building. Because of this, we did notice some imperfections with our room, but it did not remotely take away from the experience. I suspect that as they get closer to the finish line, so will the ratings more consistently hit 5 stars. ”

“Hotel is very clean and the staff is professional and helpful. Hotel is right across from the airport and coffee was ready in the lobby when I left the hotel at 4:30 am for a 6:00 am flight. Hotel provides a shuttle if needed. I’ll definitely stay there again.”

“This is a nice hotel EXCEPT I could hear both TV and conversation from the room next door. Both seemed to be normal volume but I could still here them.”

“Not bad but not good either. The staff are friendly. The "on the go breakfast" is just small individual stale muffins and small granola bars. There is your choice of regular or decaf coffee in dispensers. And the rooms have a very odd smell to them that doesn't go away. ”
