“The building is dated, but they are doing upgrades right now. I think part of the reason the price is so good is because it's definitely in need of renovation. My guess is that when all renovations are done, they will easily get twice as much money. Being right on the water it's quite beautiful. And they're very pet friendly which I very much appreciate it.”

“The lobby is rather large and obviously well maintained and the interior is very different than what you may expect from the exterior. The interior is very clean and modern almost elegant if you will with tile floor that could be marble or something of the sort and the view is pretty spectacular . The room are a little dated as are the halls but if you want to have a good sleep and a great breakfast I would recommend this location ”

“The hotel was clean and in a convenient location in town, but if you have a car watch out for the parking fees charged. When we arrived, the staff had changed our reservation to a queen room instead of a king because they were all booked up. They did switch us to a king room the next day. We had lots of hassle trying to find a parking spot everyday in the garage downstairs and then found out at checkout we had to pay for parking. Disappointing! ”

“Would recommend if you are on a budget,m. If you are okay with pets (so expect the smell would be a little different) and if you’re okay hearing what’s going on the next room. However during our stay, people are all quiet and respectful. One thing my friend doesn’t like is seeing a cockroach in our room. But nevertheless it was okay. Accessible to everything. ”

“We were visiting our daughter who lives in the area... we all took the ferry to Seattle twice and this place was perfect for that.”
