“Had a wonderful stay”

“The room was nice and clean, staff was very accommodating and the food market was available when we needed things. The breakfast buffet was also very good with lots of option. ”

“Positives are friendly staff, clean rooms, good water pressure in the shower. Negatives are bathroom door unable to latch and the panelling peeling off of it. Building is located right next to a very noisy main road. Wi-Fi is slow, and Ethernet ports in the room are nonfunctional. During my stay the pipes burst leaving the motel without water for the majority of the day. Then there was a leak in the first floor ceiling being caught by a trash can. There are two elevators but one of them only functioned one day out of a seven day stay.”

“This hotel was just right. The cost of the room was reasonable, the rooms were clean and modern and the hotel offered everything we needed (hot breakfast, friendly/helpful staff,. indoor pool, ice maker that actually works). There are very few hotels/motels that reach perfection and most have a few items on the complaint list. I could really only find one thing that could use improvement and that was the need for more seating in the dining room. There were several people that had to eat back in their rooms or wait for tables. This of course is probably hard to prepare for and accommodate so I’m not giving it a lot of weight in my overall review. Besides that one observation, this was the perfect hotel that hit on all the points that we were looking for in a hotel. ”
