“Although the front desk clerk was not very friendly, the hotel and the facility was adequate and very well in line with my expectations. However, I don’t like the requirement to post a $10 “incidentals fee“ on my credit card until check out. There are no incidentals available in the room. no beverages, no snacks, etc. If I’m staying somewhere with an in room bar or other snack offering I understand. But it makes no sense here. ”

“Friendly front desk staffs, very clean. Arrived late and left the next morning right after breakfast so didn’t use any facility. Also loved comfy bed, no odor , free parking and breakfast. We wanted a hotel next to the freeway to continue on our road trip to Virginia the next morning so this hotel was a right choice. ”

“Hotel was beautifully placed on a hillside and it was also spotlessly clean in the room. Parking lot was well-lit, almost excessively so, but room was quiet. Bed was very comfortable.. ”

“I booked a king suite with spa tub and when I got there the front desk said they do not have the spa tubs and omg the pool was so greasy and dirty my 4 year old wouldn't even get in it... There was hair floating all in it and there was no smell of chlorine or bleach. It was so cloudy you couldn't even see the second step... And they are arguing with me I left a day early.. Agoda is saying well it didn't say spa tub in the description... Ummmm when your picking which room to book where it says this room and gives you the pictures of what's in the room is plenty enough for me... They will not give me a live call or email to email what I need to in and I wish I could post the pics of the pool”
