“The hotel is greatly located right on the beach. Staff is super helpful - we were missing a towel and got it in under 5 min, the beach tikki bartender went above and beyond, really super nice. Only downside is the beach "closes" at 5pm (meaning no more chairs or parasols) and they start "closing" at 4pm. Meaning the day we arrived, by the time we got to the beach, we just had to sit at the tikki while the kids went into the ocean. Minor downside (first world people problem...) but for the price it would be nice to have a bit more flexibility here.”

“This hotel has very friendly staff and they try hard to make your stay comfortable. The laundry room was very close to our room, but be prepared to bring lots of quarters, because there are vending machines for the washers & detergent, but no change machine. There is also an ice machine near the pool which we did not find until our last day visiting! Free breakfast was way too crowded, so we didn't eat there, but the food looked decent. The pool and firepit area looked very nice, right outside of our room too. Although the room was small, and not in the big ocean front building which is pictured in the website, the location made up for the room. We were given a room in a one floor side building which seemed to be an older part of the building that was probably renovated in the early 2000's. Even though the room was not as expected, the value of staying there was the proximity to the beach. I was able to walk onto the beach, and run back to the room as needed. Also, the Fish Camp Restaurant was steps away, across from our room, and was definitely worth the visit. There was live music, pool tables, games, and good food. If you want a fun, family experience in Cocoa Beach, and don't want to spend much time in your room, and you love the beach, this hotel would be a good choice!”

“Despite what bad reviews you may read, this hotel is an exceptional place to stay. The rates and service are great! The staff here, from the front desk to the grounds personnel are ALL very professional, sweet, caring, accommodating and hard working! ”

“Had a great day on the beach. Walking distance even carrying chairs and cooler. Upon returning to the room in the evening, power to a/c and fridge was out. Front desk said a bird flew into a power line and they hopped to have it fixed in a couple hours. Got a little worried with leftover pizza in the fridge but power was infact restored within a few hours...no harm no foul”

“For the price it’s a decent pick since it’s right next to the pier. If you want housekeeping every day I would recommend requesting that service at the front desk since you might not get it. Overall the Staff is friendly and the property and rooms are clean. I would stay there again. ”
