“Would definitely recommend if you aren’t wanting to spend an arm and a leg while being in Columbus. The staff was the absolute sweetest and over thoroughly enjoyed my time being there. ”

“Doors to bedroom wouldn't stay shut, had to move ottoman in front of them to keep closed. Bathroom door wouldn't shut unless you lifted the door. No towels or extra bedding in room upon arrival. Pool was closed and it wasn't posted in lobby or when I booked. It was 87 degrees the entire stay. Bed was super comfy but it sloped downward towards headboard. Employees were mostly nice and friendly. ”

“The hotel was In a nice area children were playing soccer across the street from the hotel. The bed wasn't that great, but It was clean that's the most Important part, Staff was pleasant. Dogs everywhere so If you are allergic or don't like dogs 🤧 keep In mind It's very dog friendly hotel. ”

“Do not use this third-party vendor. The room selected and purchased from the Agoda website was a king size bed with a pullout couch queen (we needed to sleep 4). Upon check in, we found we had a queen bed with a couch that did not pull out and zero floorspace to sleep on (which we were willing to do at this point). The hotel did not respect the deal given by Agoda, claimed they didn't have any rooms meeting our requirements to begin with, nor had any additional availability either. This was a nightmare scenario as we travelled from Texas to see our son graduate Army bootcamp. We had to leave the room empty without compensation to move to an entirely different hotel in a different part of Columbus, GA in order to find a room large enough to sleep 4, effectively wiping out any available money we had saved for this trip. ”

“Just seemed to be ok for that kind of price. The gym equipment was out of order, the bar staff was not exactly premium, but overall staff was nice. Checking was not necessary easy.”
