“Do not have a complaint at this hotel or they will make you leave the hotel. They refused to honor the reservation for the room I booked and was going to downgrade me to a lesser room without refunding the difference. When I complained they kicked me out of the hotel . Wyndom hotels in corbin kentucky are the worst I've ever felt with or stayed at. One had bed bugs and this one didn't want to do the right thing and kicked me and my wife out of the hotel. Do not stay here . Bypass this place and stay somewhere else.”

“We stayed in a room and early in the morning we hear something scurrying across the floor. We came to found a mouse on a trap got stuck to a pair of our new shoes. I went to the counter and told them and they didn’t even care. They will try to contact maintenance to come get it whenever they can. They never even apologized for that. Went up packed my stuff and left. They said you are good to go and nothing else:. Horrible customer service. You could hear all the highway traffic. Will never stay again.”
