“This property has obviously changed hands recently and is undergoing a lot of renovations. That being said, it could use more attention. The surrounding neighborhood is borderline, so anything they can do to revive this property is welcome. I understand things like this don’t happen immediately or for cheap, so I’ll classify it as a work in progress. ”
