“I have stayed at this DoubleTree several time and EVERY time I have had trouble with the Air Conditioner. Didn't work at all, too noisy, this time it's the thermostat. I have to manually moved the temp down to get the AC to turn-on, and manually move the temp up to turn it off. When on, the thermostat reads 76 and I can make Ice Coffee in the room. When tbhe room temp is at 75 degrees and the thermostat setting is at 72 degrees, the AC does not come on. If I move the setting 1 degree to 71 degrees, the AC comes-on but now it will not shut-off. Another in a long list of AC problems.”

“The property itself was just fine. When we arrived at 9:00 p.m. we learned that we had to pay a parking fee and a breakfast fee. The staff reported that was due to a problem with the third party sites. At 9:00 p.m. I'm not in much of a position to argue. I don't know whose fault it is but that's just a sort of thing that makes me look someplace else. ”
