“The hotel is clean with fresh decor and the breakfast was good. The only bad thing was the bed we had in our room. It was a king size bed and was so worn out that it literally sank into the middle. Was a terrible night sleep. Asked staff to compensate and they would not consider it saying they could have given us a different room. We were a late arrival and fell into to bed at midnight. Wasn’t in the mood to go down to the front desk at midnight in my PJ’s only to have to switch rooms. They should keep track of the quality of their beds and get them replaced as needed. Too bad because otherwise the hotel is decent for the price. ”

“Great staff, super friendly. Breakfast was great, cheese and egg omlettes, sausage, potatoes, donuts. So much to choose from. Next to BWW and the Mall. Rooms very comfy and upgraded. We had a great stay!”

“We booked a 2 Queen suite so we would have the extra room. When we arrived, the room type that we booked was not available. We were given just a 2 queen room. Do not rely on the believe that you will get what you deserve at this property. ”

“Newer hotel. Fridge in room, but no coffee maker or microwave. Hot and cold items available for breakfast. Common area of hotel is very inviting with lots of seating options, games and tvs. Would stay here again!”

“This hotel serves as a long-term rental for many so if you don’t mind car alarms going off when you first arrive and men walking around in full length bathrobes, then this is your place. We were told there are car break-ins and then my husband saw a naredowell checking car doors in the Cub behind the hotel so remove things from your vehicle and lock it up. Lastly, if you like the smell of marijuana, personally it makes me sick, then you’ll get a mild high on your next elevator ride to your room. The positives are nice finishes, a pleasant staff and some amenities. If you are looking to get a mani/pedi while at the hotel so you don’t focus on the negatives, check out Diamond Nails.
