“Room smells, shower doesn’t work well. No phone, WiFi is horrible.”

“We took a quick trip to Elizabeth City to visit our friends and needed an affordable place to stay in a good location. The Comfort Inn was the perfect hotel with a great staff and a nice hot morning breakfast. I definitely recommed this location to anyone who is traveling and looking a good hotel and a comfortable rest. ”

“Honestly, honestly this was the worst hotel I've ever reserved. When we first arrived the outside had so many people standing around. (Clue #1) When we entered the room, the bathroom floor had dead bugs all over it (clue#2) but worst of all, not only did the bed have bed bugs BUT there was a dried up, eaten corn husk that I touched, thinking it was my phone. I can still vomit when I think about it. My son and I stayed in the car, I refused to stay another second in this horrible place. This place should be condemned. I am still having nightmares honestly. I did call corporate office to make a complaint. ”

“Been travelling and in hotels for 3 weeks and this was easily the worst place we stayed. We killed probably a half dozen roaches in the room. Bathtub did not feel cleaned and had some kind of debris in it. Room amenities had not been replaced after the last guest. Key for one room quit working and the reader was extremely difficult to get to work. Website says free breakfast but there isn't one. Guess this is a common bait and switch now. Worst offense was we returned after being out for the day and room service did not fully shut our door leaving the room unlocked for who knows how many hours.”
