“Rooms are superb but the pool area isn’t the greatest hot tub was dirty and cold. It’s a nice hotel but could use better cleaning upkeep beyond the lounge area. Bathrooms were amazing loved my room!”

“I overheard some people being refunded because their room had bed bugs, I don't think mine did but I'm not sure. Anyway that's gross; the room smelled like cigarettes and the shower didn't drain well and was moldy. The bathroom fan/light didn't have an on/off switch so was just on all the time. It was clean other than that but I wouldn't stay here again. ”

“The room was very clean. The bathroom was helpfully designed with two sinks, one inside the bathroom and one outside enabling dual use. The room has a strange smell; and very poor lighting; there is no breakfast as there was in May, the hot tub has been closed and the pool is cold. In the morning when I went to an empty breakfast area, the front desk said the hotel is being renovated and pointed to a tray of sad looking unwrapped muffins as their “Grab and Go”. Before you choose Clarion, be sure to ask about its current state of renovation and offerings. ”

“If you're looking for a reasonably priced place to sleep, this is it. It offers all the requirements: a bed, a bathroom, wifi, breakfast. The neighborhood is commercial/industrial but it's right off the highway from DIA and a straight shot to downtown Ft. Collins. Just plan to spend most of your time in town. I found the bathroom rudimentary. A tiny sink outside an old shower/toilet room with visible repairs. Lovely view of gravel and highway. ”
