“The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, someone let their kid into the hot tub with a diaper and the absorbent liner popped but the staff got it cleared out shortly after being notified and had the hot tub ready to use again, hot tub and pool both had excellent temps, fitness room was clean and fully functional, breakfast was really good with many options and REAL eggs (not weird egg pucks). ”

“I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. I don’t know if the place is under new management, but they seem to be fixing it up. I tend to not have high expectations and usually come prepared. The aesthetics were all new, and my girls loved the press button and light up mirrors. The room was clean and just what we needed however, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming consistently throughout the hotel. I brought my own desktop air purifier/diffuser so it didn’t bother us. When we arrived to the room, the door was open, which made me a little nervous, traveling alone with young children I realized they do this to vent the smell of smoke. So if that is a dealbreaker for you, I would not recommend this hotel. The breakfast was really great for the price and the area was all very clean. The girls were disappointed they could not swim in the pool because it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time.”

“As a solo traveler, my highest concern was safety and convenience. Super 8 was a clean and safe place to stay at. It was a bit away from my general activities but that is also because of the sprawling city. I would stay at Super 8 when traveling with family too. Breakfast: would be good to add savory pastry as well for travelers who can’t have muffins. ”
