“Very nice place especially for the price. Staff super nice at check in. Tried to extend same stay for one day and was told sure, no problem. Went to pay and was being charged an additional $50 for the pet fee, nonrefundable, and I said I had already paid that. Then was told this is a new reservation so new charge. I said no, it's an extension of stay and the fee should continue over for the remainder of the stay. Nope, would not extend the stay, would only book as new. Would not accommodate. Didn't even try to give options or provide customer service on any level at that point. The you man had the attitude of, I don't care if you are happy, not my problem. Very disappointed. The young lady that checked us in was amazing though!”

“Very affordable location, especially considering the time of year (checked in during July 4th weekend) and the fact that Helena is a popular tourist destination. Pleasant helpful staff, overall great value for your money in my personal experience ”

“We had a lovely stay. The perfect location. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Free parking near the hotel. We were traveling with our dog and they made it super easy with only a $20 pet fee. I would recommend”

“Came for a week for work compared to last year. About the same, pretty good beds are a little hard. And has went downhill. Owners have decided to go cheap and there is no meat , Just some type of egg substance and can still put gravy on it, but very little meat. In gravy also They used to have lots of Sausage even bacon and once in a while. Hash browns now just lots of carb, crap like biscuits and other stuff”

“No complaints for a 50.00 stay. Room was fine and tidy. 3 story motel. Elevator on one side of motel. Steps on both sides. Not much for breakfast and kind of absent staff but thats ok for me”
