“We are traveling cross country and the driving is long and tiring. The front desk staff was fabulous! When I explained that my son is epileptic and lack of sleep can trigger a seizure they accommodated my request for a late check out. My sons health and safety mean the world to me and I am incredibly grateful for the staff’s kindness and understanding. Also of great importance to me is the cleanliness of the room. The environmental service staff shine. The room was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was available until 10:30 am which is another plus! After 5 days of driving it was so nice to sleep in and still make it to breakfast. ”

“I will say, the breakfast was really good!! Other than that, our room smelled and was hot. There were stains on the carpet. We accidentally left a swim suit hanging on the back of the bathroom door and called within an hour after checking out to be told it was no where to be found. We even made a trip back to the hotel on our return trip through Indy later that afternoon to where we were rudely greeted at the desk and told "I told you we don't have it", but then she told me that there was no one in housekeeping that spoke English to understand what we were asking for. This entire fiasco took 30 minutes and the desk staff just wore their hoodies and stared at me before they went outside to smoke. I was also charged $100 on my credit card with no receipt or explanation and was told b/c we booked through a third party that it'll be taken off in 7-10 days in case there were any room damages. I'll be checking daily b/c that was also another unpleasant conversation and explanation with the staff after I saw the charge show up on my credit card statement. We won't stay here again and the construction on the road to get to the hotel is loud and annoying. Just stay away!”

“The customer service was amazing and the staff was marvelous. 10/10 would recommend again. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The coffee brewed fresh always. The small clean hotel could get my re-visit anytime.”

“Stay was okay . Staff was poliet . Tv kept flickering on and off . Only reason I stay at this hotel is for their pool and hot tub area. Was disappointed this time . The air was cold making it hard to want to swim and seemed like a young couple was have sex in the hot tub . First time complaints tho ”
