“As a person of color the staff made me very uncomfortable. clean and quiet other wise ”

“We found this hotel after our first one we booked was a disaster. They treated us very well here. Everyone was kind and had smiles for guests. The breakfast was good - but get down there early. If it gets later there are things that run out (to be expected… my kids were just sad when they were not refilling the waffle mix.) having a kitchenette in the room saved us a ton of money by eating 1 meal a day in the room. Shower had a curved rod so it felt bigger. The showerhead can be switched to a harder massage stream which I love! Housekeeping was kind enough to come back after we left later for our activities a couple of days. Our only real letdown was that the whirlpool was out of service and the elevators were slow. Kids loved the pool and the basketball court. Front desk had basketballs for use. Would stay there again 100%.”

“The staff was very nice. The on site restaurant was tasty and the Starbucks was nice to have. The elevators were very problematic. We got stuck on them (yes more than one) several times. We were there with a large group and everyone had issues with the elevator. It’s a known issue. If you can use the stairs, I would recommend it I would not recommend the hotel if you have accessibility limitations and have to use the elevators. ”

“The industries price gouging is horrible. Plus we happen to have our state tournament for the APA that weekend at the venue as well as the big 10 going on in the same weekend. I feel the tournament goers at the venue should have had better accommodations on priority reservation”
