“Wonderful staff. Lobby was being refreshed. Rooms were nice and comfortable. There was a glitch at checkout I wa glad I caught. The payment through Agoda was not credited at checkout. Staff apologized and promised to remove the second billing from credit card account. I am waiting for the transaction to be reversed. ”

“I myself had a good stay here but understand I'm not the pickiest. Beds were worn but comfy as were the pillows. Bathroom could have been cleaner but it wasn't nasty. The staff were excellent and the restaurants nearby were great! Direct TV with plenty of channels yet a small TV. Room stayed cool. No critters, but did see a few husks. Overall, being as I never seen anything that ultimately would have made me or someone else too uncomfortable, I say they are a solid 3, with potential to be a 4. Breakfast BTW was eggs, sausage, biscuits, breads, cereal, fruit, and the usual juice options. I would definitely stay again. ”

“We stayed on our way to Nashville. Easy on and off freeway. Road construction around the hotel made it a challenge to get to the parking lot but weaving through other parking lots got us to our destination. A complimentary warm cup of cocoa was very nice. Cookies were appreciated as well. Excellent location near numerous restaurants. Staff was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel over others in the area.”
