“Everything was exactly as we needed to just jump into a parallel universe. The keys are the way and Cheeca is the place. No need to leave the grounds and all the accommodations and staff were fun and easy. Food was delicious and so was the ocean. Highly recommend the water hammock...we fell into the glitch in the Matrix for a few hours. There really is no spoon. ”

“We stayed at this hotel for the first time. Its a beautiful resort. Each room has their own unique area and islandish decor. Comes w a price though. A bit too pricey. Resorts fees include s complimentary bikes, kayaks and paddle board use however it was to windy to use. I love this resort but too highly priced. ”

“Stayed here for one night before the drive to Key West and then to Florida City the next day. Hotel and room are modern, clean and breezy and the rate came with a good continental breakfast. Seafront with a swimming pool but no beach, which was not an issue for us. Overall, a good choice for a stopover.”

“We came as a family and rented several rooms to include a front ocean. Room of which everyone loved. The staff was very friendly and took care of everyone. We loved the surroundings, pool, ocean view and location. I would say the kitchen could have more things in it, especially a good coffee pot. (We bought one and left it there)Utensils are minimal. “The location and facility is very good. The staff are friendly but very overwhelmed. It was Easter weekend but they could have scheduled extra employees for the holiday. Gave 3 stars for value because of Easter it was very overpriced. ”

“Resort fee seemed excessive since we only spent the night and left so we didn’t use bikes or kayaks. We were told it was an upgrade but I booked a king and got a double bed. It was clean- pool and property were nice.”

“This is such a great location and in such a quiet peaceful place. It’s a really traditional resort which I think still has the original cottages and rooms with modern amenities inside. We have just enjoyed a very relaxing four days here whilst discovering the keys. Use of the on-site bikes is great for a little cycle down the old highway to the islamorada brewing company. We also used the paddle boards and kayaks which were great. Superb breakfast at the midway cafe just a few yards from the entrance - very busy so expect a bit of a wait. Would definitely recommend staying here ”
