“The facilities were decrepit - paint peeling, spiders in cobwebs behind the door, doors to the outside that did not require key card access, and a poorly lit parking lot. It was as close to a roach motel that I ever want to be in again. ”

“Booked a one bedroom suite with 2 Queen Beds and a sofa bed for my family of 5 adults. We arrived the hotel an hour earlier than check-in time and glad that the room was ready, check-in was quick, the reception staff was friendly and briefly intro the amenities/breakfast with the opening hours (an evening reception on Wednesday is well-liked). The room is spacious and neatly furnished, clean and the sofa bed was set up for our 5th sleeper (staff is more thoughtful than the other homewood suites in carle place where we had to set up the sofa bed on our own). Breakfast is tasty with a good variety. There's an iced water dispenser and fruit basket in the lobby which is much appreciated. The location is a short drive to the waterfalls attractions, Cornell University and college town where there are many eateries... We've enjoyed our stay!”
