“Room was dusty. Bathroom had dried brown urine around stood. I went and bought cleaning products and cleaned everything. I was there 2 nights. No one made bed or cleaned or brought fresh towels. Staff was very nice but hallways needed vacuming.”

“They either had a really bad day, or it is a very understaffed, unclean hotel. Pool was gross, no trash can in room bathroom, keys worked intermittently, laundry on floor didn’t work (and they knew but no sign on the machines), waited at the front desk for someone to show up.”

“Exceptional service. Good location. We left my son's device in the room and the hosekeeping staff were able to find them. Kudos!! Highly recommended place to stay.”

“Its a great hotel if one is breaking journey on the highway. located pretty close to this small city of Jackson. Its almost on the highway yet close to Capitol. Only thing I didn't like was that the free breakfast included was on only till 9:30 am and the staff never bothered to tell this info - so, when we reached down at about 10 they say its already closed.”

“I had a great stay. The room was spacious. The microwave and refrigerator was a big help for leftovers, snacks and drinks. Great location, close to my training. The bed was comfortable. I had a good night rest. I love the free breakfast, snacks and the social hours. It was definitely worth the price. ”

“The staff was really friendly and it was quick and easy to check in. The rooms are clean but need to be updated. Pillows need to be replaced but I always travel with my own. For the price it was an okay stay and I would stay again for a quick overnight stay. There is a lot going on in the parking lot but I believe it’s because they use it as a weekly rental/monthly rental for others. The staff is very quick to respond when you need them for something, and they are very respectful.”

“Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed with the front door entry system. After 11pm, no entry granted without an access key. And to my amazement it did NOT smell like stale cigarettes and orange cleaner! I was having trouble getting checked in and the two staff members did their absolute best to make it happen. We had a few laughs about New York and us southerners. Within minutes they had the issue taken care of. I felt safe, clean and comfortable for my entire stay. The breakfast was delicious each morning! My only complaint would be that I didn’t have a microwave in my room. But that wasn’t a huge inconvenience. The pros certainly outweighed the cons. We left very happy customers and will definitely return on our next trip! ”
