“Front desk staff was barely existent, once we were able to get someone’s attention they seemed fairly unwelcoming and that we were causing them to have to do work. Lady took our credit card and immediately charged a sneaky resort fee without explaining what it was for. Wish this was evident before booking in general. I like to know what I am paying BEFORE I book the room. Rooms look like they haven’t changed in 20 plus years. Likely will not be back.”
