“The door on our room wouldn't shut or open unless you forced it. The room smelt musty the water would not get hot and the vent in the bathroom didn't work. That was out room outside of that the lobby was clean had I nice continental breakfast. The pool area was Clean except for the hot tub was roped off and drained and looked disgusting the fitness area was also closed.”
