“ I had a recent stay at this wonderful hotel! I rarely write reviews but I had to come on because I promised staff I would write a review and I always keep my promises! Firstly, from the moment I arrived late at night the night host was incredibly accommodating and very helpful and understanding. AND the hotel SMELLED wonderful!!! They have a very nice fragrance machine and it DOES make a DIFFERENCE!! Next, I can't go on enough about the comfort of the beds and the desk chairs which means everything to a person with my back condition! I have severe issues with my back including fractures, missing discs, bone spurs, spondylosis, spondylolisthesis in my lumbar area and I can honestly say that this is the FIRST time in 12 years I have found a hotel where I have slept PAIN FREE and we stayed 4 nights straight. I also worked all day long at the desk and plan on purchasing a chair just like the one in the room for my home office!!! KUDOS for those of us who experience 10-15+ level of back pain intermittently on a daily basis. WOW what a difference it makes! You really live up to your name! The breakfast is wonderful and 1/2 of it is because of the staff serving. Such a sweet start to the day! And finally I have to really give an honorable mention to ROSE. I had left 2 pictures in my room and she not only offered to go look, she kept them safe and sound until I could pick them up and prior to all that happening I had the most wonderful conversation with her first thing in the morning. If only ALL hotels had a ROSE!!! I have decided that I will ONLY be staying at Comfort Inn & Suites when I book in the future. THANK YOU COMFORT INN!! You have made a difference! ”

“Bed was hard as can be and limited to blanket and pillows and no shampoo/condition or soaps and limited to one rag and two towels nothing for the floor for the price for two nights over priced For what they give you an offer”
