“I was not familiar with the process. I thought I booked a room directly with the Mountain Lodge at Okemo. Upon booking I received a confirmation email from Agoda. Agoda? The email mentioned I would be getting an email a week prior to our stay. I did get that email instructing me to create an account with Vacasa and I would get our room information. Very confusing and cumbersome process. ”
