“Staffer at desk was very rude. Denied we had reservation, then tried to charge us for 2 nights instead of one. Got mad because we have a small Service Dog, demanded some sort of a **Card** that our home State does not issue. Also denied us a handicapped room. The elevator is extremely sketchy, does not line up with floor making it extremely hard to get wheelchair & luggage in. Ceiling held up with Zip ties! Room was filled with badly damaged furniture missing it's veneer, with Plexiglas slapped on top to cover it. Odd bench was positioned in the doorway between bathroom & room, blocking entry. The worst was the SMASHED SINK-- I don't know how you break a sink bit there we were. Someone smeared caulk around it but it still had a hole going to the floor & they didn't even bother to try & smooth it out so it was filthy. Extremely loud traffic & what ever co does the dumpsters started up at about 5:30 AM & SLAMMED them dozens of times. All in all one of the worst hotel rooms ever and I am STILL waiting for Wyndham to contact me re: my Case I filed about it. ”

“As a female traveling alone, the layout is not safe at all. My door had a chain but only one screw barely holding it on. To get to the parking lot from the room I had to travel through three fire doors with unsafe turns, your totally cutoff if someone were to do you harm. The exit door says it’s secure, the lock was completely gone, my tv the resolution was from the 80’s. I know the guest can’t be controlled but the smell of illegal substance was prevalent. ”

“It was a very nice property. Very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was able to bring my dogs. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Had a lot of options that most places don't. I would definitely recommend staying here ”

“We found the hotel to be clean and top notch; however, the front desk staff was unable to enforce other guests to respect quiet after 11pm. We had to complain several times in person and called over the phone with complaints. Our rowdy teenager neighbors refused to change rooms and ruined our stay. They occupied our room half they night shouting and slamming doors robbing us of the peaceful hotel room we paid for. The front desk was incapable of properly handling the situation.”

“Room was somehow clean. Various sketchy people walking around outside at night which didn’t make me feel safe as a female solo traveler. Heard what I assume was gunshots a few times, but perhaps it was fireworks at the end of july? Bed is so old that when you sit on the side you hit the box spring. pillows were flat. room smelled like alcohol breath. Honestly slept fine and the sheets were clean, and it was insanely cheap. I’ll definitely skip it next time. ”

“$100 was taken off card and never put back on there. They said we paid cash and we paid with credit card. Today they said we didn't pay deposit and they took it off card. ”
