Nothing in the booking nor was I informed of this the night before when I called to make sure the room was booked. Staff was not willing to accept what cash I had on hand..$65.00 for the deposit, so I lost the money that I used to pay for the room, and had to sleep in my car...it is a barely 3 star hotel and they act like it's 5 star”
