“the first night we stayed in the first floor. The bed is not that great The second time we stayed in the second floor. I love it. the bed seems brand new compared to first floor It is nicely located in north hollywood. not too far from anywhere but you need a car to get around. Next time I will stay in the second floor. I can sleep peacefully I think they need to change the bed in the first floor, perhaps so many customers”

“The location is very close to universal studios. Parking is free but limited.some spaces you have to give key to the front desk. It seems a bit rough neighborhood. May not want to walk around at night. Room has everything you need including safety deposit box which we used to go to universal studios. Some rides you have to put your backpack to locker. Funny pack is ok. We didn't want to take a chance to lose valuable. Armchair was really outdated but everything else was good. There's a nice Japanese restaurant one block away. We went twice. ”
