“Paid for 4 guests. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom. One of our party found someone on staff with a shopping cart with a bag full of towels, she refused to give him more towels. Nobody was at the front desk all morning. There was no coffee and there were no "breakfast items" which were indicated on the reservation. I called the hotel, got transferred to the front desk, whoever picked up the phone did not say anything as I was repeatedly saying hello. I hung up and called back and this time the phone just rang endlessly. The doorknob lockset on the bathroom door was installed backwards, so it locks from the outside and one of our party got locked in the bathroom for a while. ”
