“Excelente ”

“Reserved the room for the weekend for our daughters 23rd birthday. She had out of town friends coming to Omaha for the first time as well. When she went to check in she was told she couldn't because it was in my name (Father). When my daughter said the reservation was under her father's name the lady behind the counter said for all she knew the room was reserved by my daughters PIMP. Same last name, same address but yes please say it was reserved by her PIMP. Such a ridiculous statement by this employee. If it would have been said that they needed to speak with me to verify that is one thing but to sit there and go straight to "reserved by your PIMP" is rude, unprofessional and outrageous. Does this establishment get a lot of PIMPS reserving rooms for people, which would show that this hotel has major problems. Needless to say we won't be using this hotel again and neither will my daughters out of town guest won't be using it either. ”
