“Staff is very friendly and professional. Always a smile from each staff you’ll see in the hallway. Rooms and common areas are clean (especially the lobby and public toilets). We had a room facing the highway/freeway but never heard the traffic (great window isolation). Of course, you’ll still hear the oversleeping motorcycle. The only downside is the location. A bit of a walk to downtown Orlando (15 mins) and sketchy at night (not a lot of people walking). ”

While they were clean and adequately furnished, they lacked some of the modern amenities that one might expect from a higher-rated hotel. The decor was somewhat outdated, and the furniture showed signs of wear and tear. “Terrible stay at this location. There was no heat on a night that dipped into the 40s. After freezing all night there was no hot water in the morning. Zero stars I recommend you go elsewhere ”
