“When we arrived Friday at 3 pm until Saturday afternoon the front lobby smell of weed. It to this guy 5 min. To come out from the backroom to help us. My eyes were burning from the smell. Very obvious they were smoking weed which carried down the hall. Will not reccomend this to anyone.”

“The Executive Inn is not a fancy hotel like the Marriott in downtown Owatonna, but it is friendly, safe, affordable, clean, comfortable and convenient. The hotel is good but the staff is what makes it a great experience. The housekeeper is very diligent, thorough and accommodating. Even though I only required a cleaning once during our stay, (I feel I)we can clean our own mess) she appeared daily to clean, but we just needed new towels, bedding, trash removed and bags, etc. She even agreed to give me cleaning cloths and a broom when I asked. The owner/manager Rocky and his gracious wife even made us East Indian tea, which was fabulous! Service in our opinion speaks volumes as to the quality of a business and dictates whether we return; so anytime we return to the Owatonna area and are in need of a place to stay, we will return to our new found friends at the Executive Inn! 🙏🏽All our best.”
