“There’s really only two hotels in the area to choose from. The hotel is clean and we loved having a hot tub after our trip to Havasupai Falls. But beware that the restaurant on site is the only game in town. We ate there 3 times and 2 were fine. But dinner was so ridiculously understaffed considering guests and take out orders. It took 6 of us three hours to work through dinner in this diner and we couldn’t help but laugh by the end of it all about all the missing/wrong items, things that came out of order (drinks came LAST), and the grumpy waitress. Also note that this hotel is located within the “dry zone” of the reservation, so if you want a drink you have to stay elsewhere. Last thing is that our shower didn’t drain well, but the other two rooms that were part of our reservation were fine.”
