“Comfortable ”

“I always stay here when traveling to the Philippines and this is the first time my experience was less than great. The toilet didn’t work, the air conditioner was noisy, and there was no hot water for my shower. Staff was nice and the shuttle to the airport left right on time as usual.”

“This hotel has some good qualities. Yeah sure there are some bad things. But most of the employees here deem like they actually do care. Just that alone. I've stayed at this hotel many times and the staff all have been pleasant to work with. They actually do seem nice. Now as far as the ok hotel itself. Well there are some issues. The place is a little run down. But I have noticed that they are remodeling the rooms slowly. Which is good. The housekeeping department needs to pay a little more attention to details in the rooms. But over all they do a decent job. Now for the area... This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the area is s bit scary. From the homeless wondering around to the drug addict hiding in the stair wells getting high. This can be intimidating and scary. I have noticed that the hotel has security walking around the property which is great, but they need to be proactive and watching out for such characters. This would help cut down on the situation in the area. ”
