“Great budget pick, decent breakfast, hotel tucked away from office, the only main issue I had is the indoor pool is “climate controlled” which translates to not heated and the ambient room temperature wasn’t heated either so an indoor cold pool in the winter . The breakfast staff member was phenomenal, helped me clean up after one of the kids had a meltdown.”

“My family needed an overnight stay on the way to Canada. Best Western Plus Plattsburg is very conveniently positioned - it is right off the exit from the 87 and only an hour away from Montreal. The breakfast in the hotel was good. The breakfast selection was not exceptional, but good for the price of the overnight stay. Having breakfast in the hotel saves lots of time in the morning when we need to hit the road fast. The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the location is perfect. Overall, the value was very good for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need an overnight stay.”

“The rooms were clean and big, the additional bed was comfortable. Did not have all the amenities and definitely not enough towels for a family of 5 but it was ok. Paid full price for last minute deal, could have been better. ”
