“The jacuzzi wasn’t working which sucked but not the end of the world. I also paid for the continental breakfast with the room and was still charged for it in person. Agoda also said check out was at 12 but the staff said it was at 11. However the staff was great and accommodating. ”

“After had good 3 nights stay @ Sheraton Fairplex Hotel & Conference Center, I found I left my Ipod in the room that I think it was dropped under the bed. My husband called the hotel regarding this issue. Carlos Pacheco-Calderon (Loss Prevention Manager) and his team were so kind to help me found my iPod. I am so appreciate their good service and will love back to Sheraton when my next trip return to Los Angeles. Thank you Mr. Carlos Pacheco-Calderon ! ”

“The man who checked me in was rude as could be, the room was filthy, the only towel was clearly used there was trash everywhere, the sheets had crumbs and stains from last renter, the tv didn’t work, employee refused to give Wi-Fi password, and even with all this I’m not one to complain. What put me over the edge to the point I left in the middle of the night to get a room somewhere else was all of the cockaroaches. They were coming from all directions fearlessly. I couldn’t take it had to leave. This place should be inspected by the health department ASAP. Then condemned. Shame on the owner for running a business this way ”
