“My flight arrived five hours before check in time so I requested an early check in. There was no room available at the time. I went shopping for a few hours and I came back to see if any room became available. I was tired and needed to rest so I took the first room that became available. It did not suit my need because there was noise outside my window. I requested another room and Elijah notified me when another room became available so I took it. I was happy and comfortable with the room that I moved into. It was nice and quiet and I slept comfortably.”

“I booked our suite there so that my granddaughter could use the pool and we could all be together as a family. I got a great rate from Agoda and the pics looked great so I was excited. However, when we arrived, there was some big function in the hotel and everywhere and I mean everywhere we went it reeeked of marijauna, and I had my 6 year old granddaughter with me who wanted to know why it smelled funny in there.I was stunned, because if you want to smoke pot then do so at your own place or outside away from others. But it shouldn’t be allowed in the hotel. Plus I’m not sure if North Carolina has legalized it yet but I would think either way the hotel would not allow that. It would be like me smoking a cigarette through the lobby. Like what is happening?? Secondly I called a day before to double check that the pool was functional for our stay, and was told it was, but just that they no longer had the jacuzzi…She even put me on hold and asked someone else… Well it was functional for the night we arrived only, but the very next day they closed it for a week for a scheduled maintenance?! I was really really upset because that was one of the main reasons I choose that place. And thirdly… let me just say that the suites, while nice for a couple, are not big enough to have others stay in the room with you, and again look totally bigger in the pics. As did the pool. That was another shocker, besides the fact that it was closed the very next morning…. the pool is very small and even when we arrived it was so full of people you couldn’t have fit one more even tiny kid Anywhere in that pool. So to sum this up… I was extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience and had to pay for another room at another hotel so my Son and granddaughter could sleep in a bed. The pull out in the suite was minuscule and my son slept on the floor that first night. I am very upset, because while I got a discount it was still pretty expensive. ”

“The hotel was pretty close to everything which is a plus & the room was clean but you could hear everything in the next room. Still isn’t too bad a hotel if you’re just looking for a quick get away. ”
