“The room I requested was a king non-smoking room, I was given a smoking room, upon pulling the sheets to go to sleep I found several stains and hair on the sheets, pretty gross. I showed pictures to the front desk gentleman and I quote he said “that bitch hasn’t been cleaning”. The hotel is pretty run down and isn’t very accommodating. I really wanted a refund.”
