“This was my third time stay at this hotel. Hotel room was clean but no housekeeping next day. I needed to move the room because of no hot water in the bathroom. The location from convention center is kind of close so convenient.”

“Doors were broken - couldn’t shut them - was switch to smaller bed - did not reimbursed me the difference in money. And have not received the reimbursement of the deposit I was asked of. Bed had hairs and floors were dirty. No I would not recommend this hotel to no one.”

“The front office staff are really friendly and professional (sorry I didn’t get the name) in front of the front office they have coffee, hot tea and hot water that served 24/7. When we came out from the elevator to our room, it was smells really good, no cigarettes smells like other hotel, as we enter the bedroom, it is super clean, it was squeaky clean - the also have a complementary hot breakfast. Will recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay in this hotel when we come back for a visit. ”
