“The room that we got had a clear view of ocean (although it was near pool which I didn't like), the room was nice and the staff were very accomodating; however the property seemed more upscaled and bigger in the photos that in the reality and as such I think it is a bit over-priced”

“Stayed here after a some time is Pismo. Quick 1 night stay. The pool and Jacuzzi looked questionable but the little one still wanted to get in (feels like a lot of sand in the water probably everyone goes in after the beach). Checked in at 9pm and waited a while for someone at the front desk, there was only one employee during this shift which isnt her fault but there should at least be two employees. If you take a hot shower plan for your smoke alarm to go off the vent in the bathroom wasn't working too well. Overall would stay here again for the value. ”

“Location of the hotel is good with good scenic view. We reached the place around 9 PM, most of the hotels were closed, we wanted hot water. Checkin staff Teja was helpful to offer us the support which was much needed. It is a decent hotel with spacious room and basic amenities”

“Property is fine as a base for exploring Cambria, Hearst Castle and the Big Sur coastline. Lots to do and see in the area. Hotel is definitely not fancy, it's a bit run down and could use an update, but overall it is a comfortable place for sleeping and the pool area was nice. My issue was that we were in Room 115, and it had horrible odor, like a combination of body odor, stinky feet and burnt plastic. We purchased air freshener and scented candles to use in the room, but it did not do anything to dissipate the terrible smell. When we were leaving, there were a couple doors to other rooms that the maid had left open, so we popped in to see if they had the same smell, but they were fine. It was just Room 115. I don't know what caused the odor, but this room needs a deep clean, maybe even a complete remodel. It seemed like the smell was coming from the walls themselves, there was no specific spot we could find where the odor was coming from. Like I said, otherwise, the hotel was fine and a good location for exploring.”

“Room is big and clean.. included in the room has a tv , fridge, microwave, kettle, bottles of water. Clean towels are provided. That have a heated swimming pool as well as jacuzzi. Continental simple breakfast provided with bread, raisin bread, crossionts, juice, coffee, fruits which are good enough for us. Thk u guys for the great hospitality and kindness for informing us in advance on the road closure along the coast. I will come back to this hotel should I do my next Rd trip again ”

“This is our favorite place when bringing our doggies. Very pet friendly and close to the beach. Also great open area with games etc. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets too. ”
