“プールが冷たくなく快適だった”

“Because of a special diet, & knowing there was a mini kitchen, I brought much of my own food. However due to a large buildup of ice on the coils, the fridge didn't keep food cold and some of it spoiled. The microw. plate did not fit so that reheating soup or coffee splashed half the contents out of container, & made a huge racket. There was a large stain on the carpet on the way to bedroom, the paint around the doors was chipped, door had to be slammed hard to lock. The room smelled musty, and the sheets were too old, having that 'lived in' smell. When they try to wash too many sheets at once, they just don't get clean. I'd expect this off the highway at a mid range Best Western, but not at $200/night hotel in Scottsdale. The included breakfast WAS wonderful and the happy hour generous. ”

“Beautiful hotel in the heart of Scottsdale. The moment you walk in you’re in awe of the beauty and the incredible smell. The room are cozy, clean and we would definitely stay here again.”

“Clean and decent hotel, but everything was dated and looked old. Also it looks like a motel with the doors opening outside, rather than an inside hallway. The neighborhood has a park across the street, and lots of street parking. The hotel had a wait to check-in, though there was hardly anyone there. I guess all hotels are understaffed these days. No breakfast included, but a lot of breakfast burrito spots around the neighborhood. I woke up at dawn, went hiking at Hole in the Rock, and then caught my flight at the airport. It's in a suburban looking area, without much around in terms of walking distance restaurants. But if you have a car, it is near the highwayrs.”

“Hotels nice ”

“It shouldn’t count as breakfast Poop is out order. They are missing a part for the pool. Disappointed. Also, charged me for checking out an hour late. Never happened before. Staff is friendly and it is near old town. Safe convenient area. ”

“Staff was great- the facilities were super nice. The rooms need a bit of an upgrade but I'd stay again”
